Our philosophy for your power
The term comes from the language of the Maori, the indigenous people of New Zealand. The word Motuhake means “The Power and Belief of inner Self”. Mana Motuhake is consistent action in harmony with one's own values and identity. Mana Motuhake therefore means self-determination and self-trust and the freedom to think and act in a way that grows out of individuality, instead of following a path that is predetermined and bypasses one's own interests.
This philosophy is the basis of our work. Together with you we recognize your individual strengths, understand the power of your past, your present status quo and the ability to move forward into your future self in freedom and independence.
This philosophy is not only symbolically represented by our ship, which at the same time stands for water as well as freedom and the origin of power. It reminds us every day that deep seas, shallow waters, storms and waves can be conquered to bring you home into the safe haven of self.

- Can the coaching be compared to therapy?
No, we don't dwell on the past unnecessarily. It is important that you understand the origin of your own strengths and take them with you into the future.
- How long does coaching take?
The duration is individually tailored and depends on the subject areas. The estimated duration can be found in our free Meet & Greet at the beginning.
- How much does the coaching cost?
The needs are as individual as each participant, which is why our prices are also individually tailored to you.
- Is there an introductory meeting?
Yes, we offer you a free interview to get to know each other.
- Is the coaching carried out in German or English?
It can be chosen or changed. Our coaches speak fluent German and English. Many participants also want to be coached bilingually.
- Where does the coaching take place?
The coaching takes place on board the ship MS Wohldorf in the "Sandtorkaihafen" in Hamburg's HafenCity.
- How can the ship be reached?
You can park your car in the street "Am Sandtorkai" (with a parking ticket). There are also various parking garages in the area. Free parking spaces require a longer walk.
The entrance to the port is directly at the bus stop "Am Sandtorkai" on lines 2, 6 and 111.
Those who prefer to take the underground can use the U3 to “Baumall” or the U4 to “Überseequartier”. Both stops are approx. 10 minutes' walk from our location. - Where does Mana Motuhake come from?
The term comes from the Maori culture in New Zealand. Mana Motuhake cannot be precisely translated, but can be equated with the "inner, individual power".

4562,5 days after my birth, I left to home at the tender age of 12ish to discover my journey of me and my "right to be happy"….95 short-themed stories and interviews from the book "Mana Motuhake" (soon to be released).
It is about a pretty young innocent boy who shares his bizarre and fascinating stories that encompass extraordinary adventures, strange journey’s, interesting happenings and weird events. These are my framed truths and reflections.
